Adi Sharabani is CEO and co-founder at Skycure. A world-renowned expert in enterprise software and mobile security, Adi is a Top-Rated Speaker at RSA and other security conferences. Before launching Skycure, Adi built and led Watchfire’s security group and later oversaw security for IBM software products. Adi holds more than 25 patents and earned a BSc in Mathematics and Physics from Tel Aviv University.
Yair Amit is co-founder and CTO at Skycure, leading the company’s research and vision and overseeing its R&D center. Yair has been active in the security industry for more than a decade with his research regularly covered by media outlets and presented in security conferences around the world. Prior to co-founding Skycure, Yair managed the Application Security and Research Group at IBM, joining through the acquisition of Watchfire. At IBM, Yair led the research and implementation of IBM’s next-generation application security technology. Yair holds a BSc, summa cum laude, from Tel Aviv University in bioinformatics.
VP Global Sales
Jim is responsible for driving Skycure’s Global Sales. Prior to joining Skycure, Jim oversaw Americas Sales at MobileIron driving Net new revenue from $5M to $73M from 2011 to 2015 resulting in their IPO in June 2014. He came to MobileIron from Symantec, where he oversaw sales for Symantec’s Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Encryption and VeriSign authentication businesses. He joined Symantec as part of the company’s 2007 acquisition of Vontu, the market leading DLP solution, where Jim led sales in the Western U.S. and Canada. He has worked at early stage companies such as NetGravity resulting in successful IPOs. Jim began his career at CCC Information Services and Parametric Technology Corporation. He has a B.S. in Business from Spring Hill College.
Varun Kohli is Vice President of Marketing at Skycure. Varun has held executive/leadership positions in marketing, product management and product development at both startups and large companies, and is on the advisory board of many startups. In the past, Varun has been a crucial part of multiple successful exits such as IronPort Systems (acquired by Cisco), CipherTrust (acquired by Secure Computing/McAfee/Intel) and most recently ArcSight, which was acquired by HP after going IPO in 2009. Varun earned his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, and his Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of California.
Daniel Kandel is VP of R&D at Skycure, and leads the development of all Skycure products and solutions. Daniel brings over 10 years of experience in enterprise product development as well as extensive experience in data security. Before joining Skycure, Daniel managed an R&D group at Imperva. In this role he was responsible for the development of Imperva’s emerging File Security product suite. Prior to that, Daniel managed various teams in charge of developing web application security and database monitoring products, deployed by thousands of customers worldwide. Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Physics from Tel Aviv University.
Davide Di Labio
VP Strategic Alliances
Davide has 15+ years of sales, channel and international leadership experience. Davide has been with Skycure since 2013 and is responsible for strategic partnerships worldwide. Previous to Skycure Davide led Lagan CRM’s public sector practise for North America. Under his leadership Lagan CRM was deployed in the largest cities within North America. Lagan was acquired by Kana (Currently Verint). Davide’s deep rooted security experience stems from his leadership in building Watchfire’s web application security practise for North America. Following this role he transitioned to Dublin Ireland where he ran Watchfire’s EMEA headquarters. Watchfire was ultimately acquired by IBM. He loves sports and spending as much time as possible with his wonderful family. Davide holds of Bachelor of Social Science from Carleton.
Maya Mandel is VP of Product at Skycure. In addition to collaborating with the engineering team to build Skycure’s innovative solutions, she also works closely with the company’s key accounts to make sure they are successful. Prior to joining Skycure, Maya was responsible for Charging & Smart Energy Management at Better Place. Before that she served as a captain in the IDF Intelligence Division, where she worked on multiple Israeli Defense Award projects and received the Chief of Staff Outstanding Officer Award.
Maya graduated magna cum laude with a BSE in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and also holds an MBA with Dean’s Honors and Distinction from Columbia University.

Alberto Rodrigues is the Vice President of Customer Success at Skycure, and leads all aspects of customer lifecycle. Alberto brings over 15 years of experience leading and delivering enterprise-class services for several of world’s top organizations. Prior to joining Skycure, Alberto led Trusteer’s (acquired by IBM) customer services teams and enabled its integration into IBM Security products. Prior to that, Alberto held several leadership roles at LivePerson, AeroScout (acquired by Stanley Black & Decker), Symantec and Magneti Marelli Cofap (Fiat Group). Alberto holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Lavras National University in Brazil.
Jayaram has spent the last 30 years in software. Founding, building and growing enterprise software companies have been his passion. Jayaram currently serves on the board of Crittercism and Skycure and advises CEOs of CloudPassage and Resilinc. Most recently Jayaram was the founding CEO of Zenprise which was acquired by Citrix in 2013. Between 1993 and 2001 as the first CMO of Mercury Interactive, he helped to drive it to a dominant market position, IPO, explosive growth and a market cap in excess of $10 Billion. Before Mercury, Jayaram had marketing and sales roles at Cadence Design Systems, EDA Systems and Daisy Systems. Jayaram holds a MBA from University of Texas at Arlington, a MS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from National Institute for Industrial Engineering, Mumbai, India and a BSEE from University of Mysore, India. He has a passion for collecting wines of Burgundy, travel, skiing and bicycling.
Paul Holland helps early-stage start-ups go from zero to $100 million in revenue with a particular focus in the IT, consumer, and digital energy sectors. He is on the boards of CalStar Products, Dreambox Learning, InsideView and Simply Hired while also serving as an active board observer at Assemblage, Blend, KIK and Platejoy. Before joining Foundation Capital, Paul worked at — and helped take public — two software start-ups, Kana Communications with Mark Gainey, and Pure Software with Reed Hastings. He began his career in Silicon Valley at the Stanford Research Institute, now known as SRI International.
Rami Kalish is a Managing General Partner and Co-Founder at Pitango. Prior to founding Pitango, he held sales and marketing positions at IBM and senior executive roles at Orbotech. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of ForeScout Technologies, Red Bend Software, Skycure, YCD Multimedia, WeFi, Revizer and RocketPlay (formerly: Gamingo). Previously he served on the Board of Directors of several portfolio companies that went public on NASDAQ, including: ITXC, CardGuard, VocalTec, Retalix, Optibase, RADWARE and on the Board ot Optonol (acquired by Alcon). Rami is a member of the advisory boards of the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) Yazamut-Bronica Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center, The Merage Foundation for U.S.-Israel Trade and The educational Center for Tolerance and Peace of the Hebrew Reali School in Haifa. He earned a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Information Science from the Technion Institute of Technology.
As President, Peter has overall responsibility for Veeam’s operations, including sales, marketing, services, finance and human resources, as well as its long term strategy and direction. He brings to Veeam a wealth of sales and general management experience with start-ups to Fortune 50 companies.
Prior to joining Veeam, he led the Americas region at VMWare for three years, with a focus on accelerating growth and overseeing strategic planning, business operations and the performance of key functions including sales, channels, services and marketing.
McKay joined VMWare in 2013 through the acquisition of Desktone, where he had served as President and CEO for three years. Prior to Desktone, he served briefly as an Executive-In-Residence at North Bridge Venture Partners and Insight Ventures. From 2001 through its acquisition by IBM in July 2007, Peter was President and CEO of Watchfire, a security solutions provider, He remained at IBM as VP, IBM Rational Software Group, through July 2008. Prior to Watchfire, McKay was the President and CEO of eCredit before it was sold to Internet Capital Group in January 2001. He came to eCredit having held Senior Executive positions at Computer Associates and Parametric Technologies. At Computer Associates, he was a Senior Vice President of Worldwide Indirect Sales, responsible for over $500 million in revenue and a team of 350 people. He holds a BA degree in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University.
Mr. Michael Weider, also known as Mike, is a Venture Partners at Converge Venture Partners. Mr. Weider has been Chief Executive Officer of Clearwater Clinical Limited since November 2014. He serves as an Advisor at L-SPARK Corporation. He is an Executive Fellow at Mistral Venture Partners. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at Blaze Software Inc. from 2010 to 2012. After the acquisition of Blaze Software Inc. by Akamai in 2012, he served as a Vice President in the Web Experience product group, helping to integrate Blaze and assist with other new product introductions. Prior to this, Mr. Weider was responsible for application security, cloud and software development automation product lines at IBM’s Rational Software division, where he remained for three years. He founded Watchfire Corporation in 1996 and served as its Founder and Chief Technology Officer until 2007. He served as the President, Chairman, and Director of Watchfire Corporation. Prior to this, he co-founded Quadrillion Corporation. Mr. Weider serves as Director of Clearwater Clinical Limited. He also sits on the board of four startups, advises two venture funds, and is also an active angel investor. He is also a board member of the Youth Services Bureau Charitable Foundation of Ottawa. Mr. Weider has over 20 years of experience as a software entrepreneur. He holds a B.S. degree in Engineering from Queens University.
